We like to hang out and party together. Following are some of the groups available. You do not need to be a member of the church, or attend worship to participate in one of these groups.
We have several care teams that work together to share in the following areas, Mutual Care Giving, Church Related Work Projects, Mission Projects, Social Gatherings, and Worship Greeting/Ushering/Liturgist, Sunday Fellowship Time & recycling
Feast and Fellowship is a fun way to get to know others around the dinner table. Three dinners will be held – one time per month – in January, February, and March. Each Host will have eight people for dinner including themselves. Each month a different group of people will come to a Host home. We will design a rotation that will also indicate what food to bring (salad, dessert, etc).
If you are interested in participating in these dinners, locate the sign-up sheet in the church, or see Shannon Nunlist or Christine Pitts.

Our local women’s organization has met in some form or anothe since the church’s inception in 1909. UMW meets the second Thursday of each month (except in the summer). For more information, contact Dee Walker – 883.0099
Men’s group is an open group that meets once a month at the church for breakfast and sharing. They meet on the third Thursday of each month at 9:00 AM. The group also participates in other projects such as helping with the community meal, work projects around the building, and mission projects such as assembling care buckets.

We have a small choir with approximately ten members who love to sing. Some of us are musically educated, and some are not. We lost our choir director in March due to an out of country job assignment, and were very lucky to have Mason Niblack join us in early April to take over the leadership. He is a talented director who knows how to encourage people in their singing skills: “You guys are better than you think you are!!” We laugh a lot and enjoy our time together. Rehearsals are mid-week (evening) and before worship on Sundays. We are always looking for new members to join us…..the only requirement is a love for music and singing. For more information, contact the church office – 883.6161
As soon as the lifts open (and for some people, possibly before that) the Blacktail Bombers can be found on the hill every Thursday! See Gary Teggeman or Mark Calhoun for more information.
